I like doing business with you because you always deliver. I like your style of writing and presentation and of course I like your artistic design. You interpret exactly what I imagine in my head so well. The other thing I appreciate is that you always give me a timescale of when you can get the work done.

Easy & fun & honest to do business with... You generally understand not only the product, packaging and print type but also me and my communication style and what that actually means in reality!... Good at coming up with solutions to problems... Cost effective - generally I add a mark up on your prices so this is critical otherwise we become uncompetitive in what we offer.... Quick turnaround - many of my clients expect fast turnaround, so this is great.
Responsiveness (which is very good by the way)... talent... willingness to work out what we mean even if we are not very clear in the brief... working with a small company means a personal connection which gives knowledge and history and so saves time and insures that you already know what type of things we tend to go for... cost
Cost is always an issue - it’s easy to be dazzled into paying more than you need. So make sure you get things scoped out in advance and agree with your supplier. It is important to have someone who can work the way your company does. If you know you are not that structured then your supplier needs to know that and be able to work with you. You need to establish lines of communication with your supplier so that it’s clear who can ask for what and who can authorize things. I enjoy working with you as you meet all these criteria for us, you have been available out of hours when we have been in the USA and produced outstanding work to time & budget. You are great to get on with, personable, friendly and professional (you know your job very well) which is key.
We like dealing with you because you are able to interpret our ideas and turn them into reality without hugely detailed discussions. We can brief you with a vague notion of the style of image we want to present to the world. Giving you clues like sharp, modern, clean simple and you come back with one or two designs very much along the lines that we are looking for. It is pointless coming back to us with 15 ideas just to make you look clever. We only need one solution to a design problem, the right one! You have the knack of coming up with the ideas that we wish we had thought of!
Flexibility and willingness to change designs for the client so both you and the client are extremely happy with the result.
We like the fact that if we ask you to do a project for us, we know that it will get done with complete professionalism, in quick time and for a very competitive rate. Additionally, your biggest strength is the fact that you do not hesitate to offer suggestions to improve artwork or print items, and hence deliver the best possible outcome!
